[ADSM-L] Forcing schedules to use specific port

I need to force schedule initiation to only use port 1500/1501.
I thought I knew how to do this, but have not been successful. I thought
by hard-coding the IP address and port into the node definition, the
server would only use that port to communicate with the node.
What is the best way to do this? How do you control this?
