Richard Thanks,

I checked the clients dsmerror.log no errors.

The only thing I see in the dsmsched.log is

01/20/10 01:27:53 ANS1301E Server detected system error

01/20/10 01:27:53 --- SCHEDULEREC OBJECT END MIDNIGHT 01/20/10 00:00:01
01/20/10 01:27:53 ANS1512E Scheduled event 'MIDNIGHT' failed. Return
code = 12.
01/20/10 01:27:53 Sending results for scheduled event 'MIDNIGHT'.
01/20/10 01:27:53 Results sent to server for scheduled event 'MIDNIGHT'.

I did see this also however I don't think that is the issue

oracle/grid/OracleHomes/agent10g/sysman/log/emdctl.trc [Sent]
01/20/10 01:27:27 ANS1802E Incremental backup of '/oracle' finished
with 1 failure

TSMServer log

internal server error detected.
ANR0530W Transaction failed for session 622977 for node ACCOTT5Z(AIX) -

internal server error detected.
ANR0530W Transaction failed for session 658360 for node ACCOTT5Z(AIX) -

I also found this in the TSM Server log, however I see this error couple
times a week and with other Servers and they don't fail

ANR0429W Session 744665 for node ACCOTT5Z (AIX) refused - maximum server
sessions (75) exceeded. (SESSION: 744665

Thanks

Hello all,

We have a AIX Client that continues to fail with the following
ANS1301E Server detected system error

I checked and can't seem to find what could be causing this error. any
suggestions?

Tell us what you checked...
Look in the server Activity Log and the client dsmerror.log.
Presumably, this error had not been occurring before, but is now: what may have
changed across that interval?
