Thanks Pete, it works.
using "inc e:" I got the following message:
ANS1761I Journal for '\\salehi\e$' will be enabled upon successful
completion of the backup.

Also the size of tsmE__.jdb.jbbdb increased by changing the contents of the
filesystem and reset to 3KB by next backup.
