Is there problem with 6.1.3 ??? Why it is not on IBM servers for downloading ?

I guess this is a Merry Christmas present from IBM.

Lots of bugs addressed, including a buffer overrun/security issue in the
client/CAD.    Includes a lot of my favorite problems ;--)
