It means: server software defect.
I have seen these as well, with a Duration value as ridiculously tiny as yours. 
 Look for the ANE4964I entry for that client in your Activity Log, where I'd 
bet the true duration is more than 24 hours, which seems to be the basis for 
the errant number handling.
