Hi Christian,
There is no server wide view of the volumes in ISC - the q vol * f=d
equivalent. If this is something you need, the best way to get it in the
product is to work with your IBM sales team to get a requirement opened to
add this function.

Hi Carol,
What I wanna see easy is following command in ISC
query volume * f=d
in ISC but I can't see that. I did find how to see each volume but not a
quick view of it.....

Hi Christian,
I"m not sure what you mean by "Access status" - if you mean q status,
some of the information is in the server properties notebook. From any
panel with a list of servers, select y our server and the action Server
Properties. The information on whether or not is is managed or is a
manager is in the Enterprise Management tab. Is there something in
particular you want to see?
For the volume information, you will find it under storage devices ->
view storage pools, select the pool and action Modify Storage Pool, go to
the volumes tab. Some information is displayed on the table, and
additional information is available by selecting modify for the volume.
Not all the information from the q vol f=d command is displayed in the
Administration Center. What do you need to find?

Hi *SMers,
Try to learn the ISC on request from a customer. (Don't know why).
But I want to get "Access status" or "q vol <tape> f=d" from a tape volume
in ISC. Does anyone know where to go to find that?.
