Both responses aren't taking into consideration what TSM (ADSM) server
level they are running.

Back in the "old days",  you had to do a "REGISTER LICENSE FILE=(insert
your license file name, such as msexch.lic) NUMBER=?"

I think you just need to start TDP for Mail on other server. Number of
licenses will be increase on TSM Server. Maybe I am wrong, but this is
only for audit.
