slightly delayed response...

Things to check:
- Make sure you are logging into the webclient with an TSM account that
has access to the data.   I login with my system-level administrator
account just to be sure.
- do you see the backups when you do a "q nasbackup" ?
- Verify you have a TOC for the backup that you want  (output from the q
nasbackup)
If you don't have a toc, it might be easiest to just "restore node" from
the admin command line.

When we started using this, sometimes the TOC portion failed and we never
were notified.  We now use "toc=y" in our "backup node" commands to make
absolutely sure we get one.

[ADSM-L] NAS restore not showing inactive






We are trying to restore a file from tape to our NAS and the Web Client is
not showing the previous backups for any of the NAS backups.  There are 7
inactive copies and the backups have been working.  The NAS is a LAN free
backup.  This was previously tested and it did work.
Without any errors in the log I am not sure where to look for the problem.
