You also need to change the IP address on  dsm.sys and dsm.opt files on 
the linux clients  and on windows clients just change dsm.opt to the new 
ip address of the TSM server.

Are you using Server-2-Server communication between multiple TSM Servers?
If not. Then just change the IP in Windows and restart the TSM Server 
Service then are you up and running.
