[ADSM-L] Problems with TDP SQL and inactive obejects

Actually the database HAP is the largest of all. it is like 200G while the
others are like 40G
I dont think that it has something to do with the time. I changed the hour of
the schedule and it still gets the Failed 402 message. It always works when I
do the backup manually using the TDP GUI interface
