How does one actually get a product enhancement request accepted?  We
have tried to submit some in the past and have never been able to get
beyond the answer of either "working as designed" or "we'll charge you
for on-site consultants to set it up for you" (even though we know that
we would be charged for something they couldn't deliver since the
software doesn't support the function we want.)
