Not really satisfied with FastBack for Exchange where we have to mount volume, 
create profile if we want to restore to particular user mailbox, and it's not 
simple to integrate with current TSM 5.4

That depends upon the level of Exchange--2000 or 2003, no.

There is a new TSM application called FastBack that will do restores down to 
the individual message level.
