Found it!

I found it on the TDP for Mail support page, by clicking on the
Documentation button, then on the manuals button at the bottom of the page.
It pulled up a search list of manuals.

Hi Everyone,

I just downloaded TDP for Domino v5.5.1 from Passport Advantage.  I went to
the InfoCenter for get the manual.  I can find the README for v5.5.1, which
says the v5.5.1 "Install and Users Guide" is on the Infocenter, but not the
only manuals are for v5.4.2.  I sent a comment via feedback.

Has anyone seen the TDP for Domino v5.5.1 Installation and Users guide?
