TSM *is* keeping the actual unicode names -- the mixed-case long file names are 
unicode. The file names with the squiggle (~) are dynamically generated by 
windows. Your only option is to try restoring by the 8.3 format short name 
(c:\progra~1\micros~1) - in which case I think the long file names will be lost.
