thanks but I do think this option is valid for FS backups and not for DB 
backups 
with BACKINT/TDP

the issue occurred during a db backup with BACKINT/TDP.

Yeah... We had the same error and the option below resolved the issue
for us also.

memoryefficientbackup    yes
