Yes, we ALMS and it is enabled
Two logical libraries. One for AS400 and one for TSM
Insert Notification is enabled

Assigned slots 229
Max slots 400
Assigned VIO slots 101
Max VIO slots 255

Checked all this beforehand. Looks ok

Logical configuration of your library

        - do you have ALMS, is it enabled ? (Menu library, ALMS)
        - how many logical library ? (Menu Library, Logical Library)
        - configuration of insert notification ? (Menu Cartridge, insert 
notification)

Then, concerning the faulted logical library 

        - number of assigned slots (Menu Library, Logical Library)
        - number of max slots (Menu Library, Logical Library)
        - number of assigned VIO slots (Menu Library, Logical Library)
        - number of max VIO slots (Menu Library, Logical Library)
