[ADSM-L] NDMP and dsmcad
Greetings,
Several years ago we set up a Windows client to host Web Access to
NDMP/NAS client backups, via dsmcad. As required, this client has
client/owner privilege over all NDMP/NAS nodes. Works well.
I want to change to a Linux client for this purpose, but have the
lingering doubt that it will work ... it seems there is another
requirement that only Windows clients can perform this
function. Initial testing bears this out. Can anyone confirm this?
