If you delete a library from tsm, all volumes will remove from this
library inventory(in q libvol).

Is there anyway to force TSM (5.4) to checkout volumes from a library
that is no longer powered on?  Can I delete a library from TSM if "q
libvol" says it still has tapes in it?
