You only need to install the LVSA if you intend to use online image backup
or open file support, AND you want to use the LVSA as the snapshot
provider.

If you do not intend to use online image backup or open file support, you
do not need to install the LVSA.

If you intend to use online image backup or open file support, AND you
want to use VSS exclusively as the snapshot provider, you do not need to
install the LVSA.

SNAPSHOTPROVIDERFS can be specified globally or on an INCLUDE.FS line. By
using it with INCLUDE.FS, you can tailor which volumes use open file
support, and even which ones use LVSA or VSS (you can use VSS for some
volumes, LVSA for others, but in general I'd recommend sticking with one
or the other. :-)

SNAPSHOTPROVIDERIMAGE is for online image backup, and can be specified
globally or on an INCLUDE.IMAGE line, similar to SNAPSHOTPROVIDERFS.
