Hi Farren,

Individual Mailbox Restore (IMR) is not yet fully integrated with 
Data Protection for Exchange but you can do it using 
Data Protection for Exchange along with the Exchange Admin tools. 
Here is a distance learning link that shows you how to do it. 
(This is for Exchange 2003, but the process is similar with Exchange 
2007.)

IBM is looking to add a more integrated Individual Mailbox Restore (IMR)
solution in the future. Stay tuned.
