I guess you will have to
1. audit library <your-libr>  checkl=b
2. del vol <vol-id> discardd=y
3. Either wait to your next scheduled 'ba stg' schedule that will
recognize that some files (that were on the damaged tape) are not
backed up and backup them again or run 'ba stg' commands with relevant
stgpools to recreate the damaged tape as soon as possible.
