If you mean to somehow look at all the storage pool tapes and rebuild
the TSM db contents therefrom, the basic answer is No.  In such a
situation, there is only arduous, partial salvage, requiring skill
and knowledge.

Make use of TSM's facilities to assure that you always have backups
from which to recover that database, as the only real means of doing so.
