Hello everyone,

Since approximately 10:00 AM today, I had sporadic issues loading the
table of contents (TOC) to do file / folder restores. This appears to be
universal in that it is not just server_2, server_3, or server_22,
server_23. This problem went away on its own after an hour or so of
waiting regardless of what backups are running but after I select a file
system to restore I get the same error again.

To recreate this problem I loaded the TOC for HMCH1015_F and got the same
ANS1852E error message. We checked the log and found:

q act begint=now-00:05

started.

Has anyone ever had this issue?  Thanks in advance for any help!
