I am having a problem on Windows 2003 servers running the TSM 5.3.4.0
that gets the failed 12 errors on the backups.

stopped.

05/30/2007 09:09:38 ANS1950E Backup using Microsoft volume shadow copy
failed.

05/30/2007 09:09:38 ANS1512E Scheduled event '@86' failed.  Return code
= 12.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
