Deployment Guide
Benefits to Resident: Residents will have a chance to work with the latest
version of Tivoli Storage Manager Express, and interact with other product
specialists to share knowledge and experiences. This is also a wonderful
opportunity to give back to the technical community.
This residency begins 23 Jul 2007, ends 17 Aug 2007 (4 weeks), and requires
2 residents. The residency is running in San Jose CA.

Description: The residents will update a Deployment Guide for IBM Tivoli
Storage Manager Express which will cover planning, installation and
deployment scenarios. The Deployment Guide will also cover the
complementary products - IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Express for Microsoft
Exchange and IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Express for Microsoft SQL. These
products provide a basic backup and recovery solution that is inexpensive
and easy to deploy and use.
Objectives: Update the current Deployment Guide for Tivoli Storage Manager
Express to include the latest functions and capabilities.
