hi, now thats interesting ...
last night all backups from one of our servers went MISSED
because the GENERATED passwords got lost somewhere,
the passwords were not changed, the password "retention" is
set to 9999 days, PASSWORDACCESS 100% on GENERATE
... so i really don't know what happened ...

the day before everything was okay, dsmcad's were not restarted
, i saw this couple of years ago but i do not remember the details ...

in all logs the message was the same :

05/17/07   08:14:13 Scheduler has been started by Dsmcad.
05/17/07   08:14:13 Querying server for next scheduled event.
05/17/07   08:14:13 Node Name: NODE_NAME
05/17/07   08:14:13 ANS2050E TSM needs to prompt for the password but
