You have to specifically specify "inactive" or use "pitdate" to get inactive
files.

If I do a restore of a unix filesystem from the command line, does TSM only
restore the active data or will it also restore the inactive if I have not
specified it in my command? As far as I know it should only restore the active
and I am trying to get verification. Thanks.
