Tim,

Try manually removing all TSM services, I have seen a similar problem
when I did not shutdown the TSM services prior to upgrading a WIN2K3
client.

I tried to remove the TSM services and install them again but for some
reason
getting the message Service is already installed. I think I am going to
be forced
to use the Add/Remove windows utility to remove the TSM client.
