Volumes not showing up as restore to options

Is there a switch or config file that needs to be changed for a Netware Cluster 
Server to be able to see all of the drives.  It sees the Vol1 and sys folders 
as valid restore areas but the Volumes that are on that server are not showing 
up in the restore to field.  It backs up the volumes fine but it just doesn't 
show as a valid restore to option.  Thanks
