Yes, it's been in there since 5.3.
Have customers using it.

Hello Everybody,

Does anybody know if new (5.4) TDP (Tivoli Data Protection) for SQL or
Exchange has encryption capabilities. 

We are getting questions from customers; why regular backup client has
encryption but TDP does not. I don't really have answer for them.
