You should have seen messages in the actlog that the tapes were labeled.
If you didn't I would suspect they weren't labeled. Take a harder look
at the actlog to confirm...

Subject: [ADSM-L] Label of Library Volumes

Hello All.

Is there a way for me to confirm that the new library volumes that I
checked into the library were successfully labeled?

I used the following command to label and checkin the tapes but there
was no indication in the logs that the volumes were labeled?

label libvol 3592lib search=yes checkin=scr overwrite=yes volrange =
AXXXXX,AXXXXY

I saw that tapes were checked in, but never saw them labeled. Just
looking for a way to confirm that tapes were labeled and will be ready
for use in the library. Thanks.
