I'm afraid that's a very different set up to the one I have here so I
really don't know what could be causing the problem. Maybe someone else
on
this board knows a bit more about SAN attached storage? I know that
sometimes a drive state will remain as unknown until it is actually used
by
TSM at which point it then determines the correct state, but in your
case
that doesn't appear to be the issue as you can't even create a path to
it.
