My problem turned out to be that the spot I was using for my boot image
was at a lower maintenance level that the sysback image I was trying to
restore.

I'm testing a TSM for Sysback restore of an AIX 5.2 machine onto
different hardware.  After the restore completes and the machine
reboots, it hangs during the reboot after closing stdin and stdout.
The
LED code is 0554.  Any ideas?
