And make darn sure you use the install.exe program with the driver to
install the driver. Do not do, as I did, and try to install the drivers
through device manager. You will be very sorry if you try that!

You should not be using Windows removable storage manager.
DISABLE the Windows removeable storage manager service.
INSTALL the IBM driver for the TS3310 (download from
www.storage.ibm.com) and the LTO drives.
Do not try to run 5.3.0.0; apply maintenance to upgrade to TSM 5.3.3.
Then use the ISC to define the library & drives, works fine.
