As the readme says, ISC must be installed before AC, but I read
somewhere that you can install AC without ISC. Is this the case?

FWIW, we have successfully installed ISC 6.01 on Win2K3 before.

1 GB of ram should be enough; check also to see there is enough of free
disk space, the ISC is huge.

You may need to call support to find out what that errors mean.
