Paul,

In addition to Richard's suggestions, you should also check
the TDPSQL.LOG file as well as the redirected output of the
TDPSQLC command that you do in your command script.

In some cases, when things work correctly while logged in,
but do not work correctly as scheduled, it means that the
"logged in" user has the correct SQL Server authorities
but the scheduler service does not. Check that as well.
