Where is it documented (or not) the media types you see on a Q LIBV F=D output? 
I figured out the LTO1/2/3 media types, but now I
have to manage a STK L180 library with SDLT drives. I'm seeing (mostly) blank 
media types as well as '358' and '390'. I did notice
that when all I had left were the '358' tapes in 'Scratch' status, TSM would 
give me the No Scratch Tapes Available error. I'm sure
it has to do with the Media Type '358'.
