If you use the RESOURCEUTILIZATION parm in your dsm.sys/opt file, you
will want to know about the following flash:

 Under a specific, limited combination of conditions, the Tivoli
Storage Manager (TSM) backup-archive client might omit files from
backup
or archive operations without reporting an error. The support flash
from
04/03 lists the specific combination of multiple conditions that must
coexist in order to develop this exposure.
