We've got an actual Oracle acknowledged problem on this.

The Oracle SR number is: 4712876, the bug is under issue 4675891.

I don't know what relationship the oracle constructs have to IBM
concepts like PMR or APAR.

We've been periodically switching nodes.  Eugh.
