Per the reference info for DAYOFWEEK for the DEFINE SCHEDULE command:

Enhanced Schedule
     Specifies the days of the week on which to run the schedule. You
     can either specify multiple days separated by commas and no
     intervening blanks, or WEEKDAY, WEEKEND, or ANY. ...
