You cannot migrate the data without reducing the MIGDelay value. TSM will fail
the backup before violating the MIGDelay specification. So, yes, by lowering
the MIGDelay, you can get the oldest data off first.

Subject: [ADSM-L] TSM MIGDelay and MIGContinue Question

Hello All,

My objective is to keep 3 days of backup on Staging disks. I set MIGDelay
as 3 and MIGContinue as "YES" for the staging pool. If it fills up within 2
days, I want to migrate the files in FIFO order. Is it possible?.

I guess TSM migrates based on file size
