If your library is big enough to hold all tapes for your primary tape pools
then you should use reclamation.
If your library is too small you could use move data because you never know
which tape tsm wants next when you use reclamation.
To make move data a bit more predictable I've created a script that shows all
tapes where the data doesn't span to other tapes.
So I can checkin the tape into the library, start move data and don't have
to worry wether move data needs another tape at the beginning or at the end.

We move data manually and it is a pain .....I was wondering what is the "best
practice" out there for moving the data and reclaiming. We need to free up
tapes in the pool we have too many tapes in each pool with status="filling"
utilization below 28-30%

Appreciate any guidance.
