Your posting doesn't say whether you've looked in the TSM server
Activity Log for an error condition involved in the apparent Web service
problem - do that first.
We don't know your TSM server software level: there may be maintenance
which will fix whatever the problem is.
We don't know the source of the error text you posted (browser?), and it
wasn't in the English that most of the List members work with, so few of
us could help with that. You might try searching a compatible IBM Web
site for that literal or translated text, to see if you find a hit.
Web browsers may mislead as to what the problem is. You might venture to
try a manual poke at the Web service as described in topic "Web Admin
test" in http://people.bu.edu/rbs/ADSM.QuickFacts and see what results.
Try it first when the Web service is known to be working, to have a
basis for comparison; then you can later try it when there is a problem.
