Did you have a look at the Windows eventlogs?
Sometimes (not always) you get some additional information 
so you know where to start searching.

Oh, I should've also said that we have had many downtimes with many
failovers (not TOO many), and I haven't seen this problem. Thanks for
the help though...  :^)
