Domino issues/errors

TSM Server AIX 5.2 TSM 5.2.6.1
Client Windows 2003 TSM 5.3.2.0 Domino Agent 5.3 (This server was just
replaced recently)
This goes back a few weeks and still is not resolved. I've tried to give the
administrator what info I can find but still there is a problem with the
incremental backup. What We did this morning is try and run the .cmd file
that TSM is calling from the command line and got the errors below. Running
the GUI I'm told works just fine. The command for the transaction logs works
just fine every 6 hours. The activity log shows a failure on this node with
a return code of 1.
The .cmd is defined below. Originally the set dom_dir was pointing to the
wrong place so I thought that would have been the cause but after changing
it we still cannot get the command to run from the command line from within
the domino directory.
set dom_dir="C:\Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\domino"
cd /d %dom_dir%
rem================================================================
rem The 2 lines below put a date and time stamp in a log file for
rem you.
rem
rem Note:You can change "TSMIncrementalArchive.log"to whatever you prefer.
rem================================================================
echo Current date is:>>e:\logs\TSMIncrementalArchive.log
date /t <NUL >>e:\logs\TSMIncrementalArchive.log
echo Current time is:>>e:\logs\TSMIncrementalArchive.log
time /t <NUL >>e:\logs\TSMIncrementalArchive.log
rem===============================================================
rem Now call the command line to do the archive of the logs:
rem
rem Note:You can change "domasch.log"to whatever you prefer.
rem===============================================================
start /B domdsmc incremental * /subdir=yes
/adsmoptfile=C:\Progra~1\Tivoli\TSM\domino\dsm.opt
/logfile=e:\logs\TSMIncrementalSched.log >>e:\logs\TSMIncrementalArchive.log
Running the cmd file from the command line:
C:\commands>TSMIncrementalArchive

The second try was to just run a simple command and below are those errors:
