Hi,
 This message simply means that there is insufficient space in other volumes
in the storage pool..
Is there any other reclamation process running for the same storage pool..
the output of "q stgp" pasted above shows "Reclamation Processes: 1"
but "Reclamation
Threshold: 100" ..
 Please check if you have enough volumes with sufficient free space and the
start the reclamation..
