Well,

so it's not scratch limits, (my first guess)

Dumb question, but do you actually have scratch volumes of this sort on hand?

a Q ACT begint=[just before you kicked off the process] -
        endt=[ just after it faield ] -
        search='PROCESS: 383'

might shed some light on it.

So are these 3590-J?
