Gaurav,

If have means to know which files have been modified, then you could use
option "-filelist=path_to_the_list_file".
Just put all pathes for files to be backed up in this list and you're
done !

Hi everyone, we use Tivoli where we have a File system with millions of
files, what happens is that only a few files are added everyday and this
list can be known, is there a way we can tell the client to look at this
file list rather than Tivoli scanning the whole file system again.

As this scan of FS take a lot of time and the backup takes a lot of
time.
