Sounds like the creating program stored a zero into the date field:
1/1/1601 is the earliest legal date in Windows (as opposes to 1970,
which was the earliest legal date in DOS). In other words, that time
is 0.

Dear All,
TSM 5.2.3(on windows 2003) and client 5.2.2(on windows 2000).

I have been backing AD using scheduler daily in the night.

Now that i go to restore button and check system objects--Active
Directory.. I see that "date Created = 01/01/1601 05:00:00" and the
date backup is fine. !!

I am confused.. where did this 1601 date come from?? Would i be
able to restore it properly ???
