I am hoping somebody here can help me out
I am running TSm server version 5.3
MOst of my wintel is running client 5.2 or 5.3
I attempted to install a client for backup on a server running windows nt4.0
and Citrix XP
I get an error "the installation package could not be opened"

Any help would be appreciated
